Booking Events for the 2021 Season
Allow Crystal Lake Golf Club to be the host for your next Corporate, Fundraising or Tournament Event. Our outing packages are done with your goals in mind. There are many choices to consider including beautiful venues and great menu items.
Starting and Meal Times
Shotgun events are available for groups of 40 or more players. All other groups will be restricted to tee times based on availability. Player registration and pre-game meals will begin one hour before tee times. Meals and appetizers will be served 20 minutes after the last group is in.
Dress Code
Soft Spikes and proper golf attire is required at all times. Cutoffs, tank tops, short shorts, jeans or shirts without collars will not be permitted. The offender will be asked to change or leave the property. It is the responsibility of group leaders to inform the players of our rules.
Pace of Play
Pace of Play is important to us for two reasons. Finishing in less than five hours eliminates any problems with golfers following your outing and secondly it makes for a more enjoyable day for your guests. Please play ready golf.

The Big Day
Coordinators and volunteers should arrive one hour prior to your scheduled start. Notifying participants that the start time is one-half hour earlier than the start will ensure that everyone has enough time to register and get to their carts. Your group will then be greeted by a member of the Golf Staff to briefly describe the format and point out special events of the day. Carts will be supplied with score cards and rule sheets that can be prepared by our staff. CLGC Starters and Rangers will lead foursomes to their respective tees.
Inclement Weather
If the golf course is officially closed due to bad weather every attempt will be made to reschedule your event. We are in New England and because conditions vary locally guests should be asked to show up at the golf course. If the event can be played in moderate conditions with the utmost safety, it will be played. It is difficult to reschedule an event when food service is involved. ln the case of the course being deemed unplayable every effort will be made to reschedule your event.
